The Latest Purchases service facilitates the sale of access to private GitHub repositories through a single purchase, granting users access to the specified repository's content. This service entails a straightforward arrangement, where users pay a one-time or recurring fee (as specified by the repository owner) for access. However, it is important to acknowledge that the repository owner retains the right to revoke access or modify the repository content without conditions or prerequisites. This provision enables the repository owner to exercise control over their intellectual property and its distribution.
Opting to purchase access through Latest Purchases enables users to enjoy the benefits of the private repository while recognizing the owner's rights to manage their content.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access granted to private repositories, purchases made through Latest Purchasescannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.
It is not warranted that the purchased repository content will meet your requirements or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Latest Purchases does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the repository content. Latest Purchases shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by Latest Purchases or the repository owners.
Latest Purchases is not responsible for the content of the repositories sold through our platform or how users utilize the accessed content. Repository owners are solely responsible for the content they provide, and purchasers are responsible for their use of the accessed content.
Repository owners have the right to adjust prices for their content. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases but may apply to renewals of recurring subscriptions.
Purchasing access to a repository does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. All rights remain with the original content creator or rights holder.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey/Sanliurfa. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Latest Purchases as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of Latest Purchases.
